When submitting a proposal for a special issue, it is important to provide a clear and concise overview of the topic and the scope of the issue. Finally, be sure to provide a list of potential contributors. The following elements should be present in the special issue proposals:

2. Details of Guest Editors (Full name, Affiliation, Emails, Research Areas)
3. Keywords of Special Issue
4. Expected Number of Papers to be Published
5. List of Potential Contributors (Names, Emails)
