Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

• Verify that the manuscript is original and has not been published elsewhere or submitted to another journal.
• Check that the manuscript has been approved by the appropriate authorities, such as an institutional review board or ethics committee, if applicable.
• Confirm that any necessary permissions for the use of copyrighted material have been obtained.
• Verify that the manuscript follows the formatting guidelines of the journal, including the style, font, spacing, and margin requirements. Ensure that the manuscript meets any additional requirements or guidelines set by the journal, such as word limits or manuscript types.
• Check that all authors listed on the manuscript have approved the final version and that their affiliations and contact details are correct.
• Ensure that all references are cited correctly and that there are no missing or incorrect citations.
• Verify that the manuscript has been proofread and edited for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.
• Ensure that all figures and tables are correctly labeled, and the captions match the content.
• Check that all data and methods described in the manuscript are accurate and complete, and that the results are presented clearly.
• Verify that all supplementary materials, such as data sets or code, are included and correctly formatted.
• Ensure that any conflicts of interest are disclosed appropriately.
• Check that the cover letter and any supporting information is complete and accurate.
• Ensure that the manuscript adheres to the guidelines of the journal and plagiarism is less than 10%.
